About the role
As Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of all marketing activity for the salon — from brand campaigns and social media to client retention, partnerships, and in-studio events. You'll work closely with our founder to grow brand awareness and elevate the Khairluxury client experience across every touchpoint.
What you'll do
- Own the marketing calendar across digital, social, email and offline channels.
- Plan and deliver content shoots, campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Manage our Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp community.
- Track performance — bookings, retention, ROI — and report monthly.
- Build partnerships with brands, creators and local press.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years' marketing experience, ideally in beauty, hair or luxury retail.
- Strong eye for brand, content and visual storytelling.
- Confident with analytics, paid social and CRM tools.
- Organised, hands-on and excited to work in a fast-growing studio.
